It’s rugged yet lightweight, is MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment) compatible and designed to offer ballistic protection with four plate armor pocket inserts (armor plates not included). 

This military tactical vest is fully customizable and can fit most pouches, holsters, and other modular gear. We like the adjustable padded shoulder straps with quick-release buckles effortless removal and an emergency drag handle on the back. 

Add Legacy’s Level III 10x12” rifle plates or their Level IV rifle plates to the plate carrier. 

This Level III polyethylene ergonomic single curve plates are only 3 pounds each in a shooters’ cut. 

They are NIJ Compliant .06 with a UHMWPE ballistic core construction, and are stand-alone and multi-hit capable. 

For officers working on or near the water, these plates will float. 

They have a 5-year shelf life and are assembled in the USA.

 The Legacy Level IV Multi-Hit single curve 10x12” plates is a light-weight true multi-hit Level IV plate that far exceeds NIJ Requirements. This Level IV is not only one of the lightest plates on the market for this level, it stops 6 shots of that .30.06AP round. 

Why push the bare minimum when this can provide you a lighter option that stops 6 rounds. The Legacy Level IV plate far exceeds the minimum expectations by the government.

Keep in mind that all Level IV’s world-wide are only required to stop 1 round of an armor-piercing round to pass all government and NIJ testing. Every other level requires 6 shots to be stopped while the Level IV is left with only needing to stop 1 shot of a .30.06AP round.
